Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Stuff happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please text (724)914-0953 as soon as possible.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” This works as a "3 Strikes" consideration. After 3 consecutive No-shows, you will need to put down a 25% deposit for your future appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to complete the entire service. Otherwise, we can work with the time we have or reschedule.
